Executive Officers
All Toastmaster clubs have an Executive Committee which oversees the running of the club and ensures its long term success. The following individuals serve our Club with distinction and pride!
The President serves as the Club's CEO, responsible for its general supervision and operation. Networks with other area clubs on Interior TM's behalf.
Immediate Past President — Jim Dooley
The Immediate Past President provides guidance and serves as a resource to Club officers and members.
The VP Education is responsible for planning successful Club meetings, so that each member has the opportunity to achieve his or her educational goals. When members complete a speech or other major achievement, the VPE will sign or initial the appropriate documentation and contact Toastmasters International to ensure proper recognition.
The VP Membership is responsible for conducting membership programs and follows up with guests, new members, and members not attending. Also inducts new members and helps orient guests to Toastmasters.
The Vice President Public Relations is responsible for the promotion of the Club to local media, the publishing of the Club newsletter, and the promotion of membership programs.
Treasurer — Jacqueline Griffin-Smith (CC)
The Treasurer handles the financial aspects of the Club, including collection of membership dues, preparation of budgets and financial statements and reimbursement of expenses.
Secretary — Stanley Dambroski (ATMB)
The Secretary is responsible for maintaining a membership roster and club records, preparing meeting minutes, and handling club correspondence.
Sergeant-at-Arms — Katie Chiang
The Sergeant at Arms is responsible for the maintenance of Club equipment and the acquisition of supplies, as well as introducing guests at meetings.
Webmaster — Melissa M. Allen
The webmaster provides the technical skills necessary to make the club website useful to both members and visitors.
